ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
• Orders can be modified or cancelled during the pre-order selling period.
• No modifications are allowed after order deadline.
• Order cancellations will imply a 30% fee.

PAYMENT TERMS:
• 100% payment by bank transfer before shipment of goods. If any goods is sent without payment, we will hold a Retention of Title on the goods until they are paid.
• New customers and customers outside the EU are required to make a 30% deposit at the order confirmation.

SHIPPING COSTS:
• Shipping costs are fixed (30€) in the European Union continental countries.
• Shipments to Switzerland, Ireland, Norway and Sweden (55€ shipping cost + 20€ if there are customs involved)
• Outside continental EU, customers can use their own forwarder. We can give competitive quotations & organise shipments.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES:
The receiver is responsible for all taxes and custom duties.

MID-SEASON SALES & END OF SEASON SALES:
With the aim of maintaining the value of our collections we emphasize that 1+ in the family does not wish to be included in any kind of mid-season sales.
End of season sales are allowed after the end of June and after the end of December. By respecting these agreements, we all contribute to a strong and high-quality image of our collection, with a benefit for both, the brand and the retailers, by selling most of the items at full price.
